Review Process

Peer Review Process

Manuscripts not adhering to journal guidelines will be returned to authors without scientific evaluation. Submitted manuscripts adhering to journal guidelines are reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief or an Editor, who will assign them to reviewers.

The Editorial Board prepares a decision letter according to the comments of the reviewers, which will be sent to the corresponding author. A submitted paper will be refereed in the traditional way by at least four referees. The members of the editorial board will try to make the decision within 1.5 months after submission. If necessary, the author(s) would be asked to revise the manuscript according to the review reports.

This journal uses a double-blind review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process.
